Elevate your PR playbook and escalate your skills among your colleagues at CommCon (now in its 29th year!). The content mix includes – but there’s also so much more – mastering media narratives, battling mis- and dis-information, increasing organic search rankings, upping the thought leadership game, unleashing inclusive comms, elevating your business writing, reasoning with trust when innovation is in peril, looking up at PDX, moving from panic to power, exploring mentorship, storytelling the way to change, and building equity communities. There’s expertise in health care, public policy, nonprofits, public affairs, industry, corporate/client relations and alignment with best practices in some of our region’s most noteworthy (and award winning!) PR campaigns.  And there’s half-day workshops to include in your 2024 pro development strategic #publicrelations playbook - with thanks to early sponsor Oregonian Media Group.

Two pre-conference half-day sessions – both on Thursday, Sept. 19 – will precede the daylong conference. The Crisis Response Workshop for Communicators and PIOs will be held in the morning and the AI Comms Bootcamp workshop will be held in the afternoon. You can bundle and save when you add either or both of these pre-conference sessions to your full NW CommCon day package. Need lodging? Check out nearby University Place Hotel's great rates.
