Biography
Tom Fuller is the founder and principal of Imagine Communications. His company specializes in website design, live streaming and video storytelling.
From 2014 – 2021, Tom served as the Communications Manager for the Oregon Department of Transportation. Prior to that position, Tom served as the Communications Manager for the Oregon Employment Department.
Tom is an Emmy® award winning journalist and 20-year veteran reporter in the Medford, Oregon and Portland, Oregon TV markets.
Tom has worked for private, public, and religious organizations and is a National Broadcast Association for Community Affairs award winning communications professional. He was also twice awarded the Frank Waller Public Relations Award as well as numerous awards from the National Association of Government Communicators.

Tom served as the Pastor of Calvary Chapel Newberg from 1999 – 2017.
He is the chief developer of web software called Proclaim, used by churches around the globe to present their sermons online.
Tom has three grown children, four grandchildren and lives with his wife, Margaret, in Newberg, Oregon.
