This two-part virtual workshop examines how to design an internal to external communications strategy to enhance recruiting and increase employee engagement and retention.

The first part outlines the role of internal communications in identifying star employees eager to speak on behalf of your company and how to design and test a pilot integrated communications program to show potential impact. 

The second half focuses on curating branded searches in Google, including sites like Glassdoor and Indeed.
