PRSA Oregon and Chasing the Sun present a special summer health and wellness virtual event!
As PR pros in 2020, we have been leading the way in communicating during a historic, yet sobering, time. While we’re not out of the woods yet with Covid-19, it’s time we focus on our own health and wellness heading into summer.
Let’s kickstart the summer with developing our personal health and wellness plan that will set ourselves up for that boost of positive energy, confidence, and spirit we can all use right now.
Mark Mohammadpour, APR, and certified personal trainer and health coach who lost and kept off 150 pounds more than 10 years ago, will lead a workshop to keep our minds motivated and our bodies fueled and prepared to thrive through the rest of 2020 and beyond.
By the end of this interactive workshop, participants will:
- Learn insights based on survey results from peers on their experiences with health and the workplace.
- Learn how to apply traditional public relations planning techniques to prioritize self-care, develop fitness and wellness goals this summer.
- Learn practical health, wellness, and fitness tips that are tailored to public relations professionals, whether they work in-house, as an independent contractor or at an agency.
