Returning to the Office?

We all know the last year-and-a-half has been full of ups and downs. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an incredible impact on our workplaces. Employees worked remotely. We learned new ways of working. We adopted technology overnight. Offices closed – some permanently. Working today looks very different than it did in early 2020.

And now, we’re all trying to figure out what getting employees back to the office looks like. For some of us, the effort is delayed (again) because of increases in new cases. For others, returning to the office is moving forward as planned. In some cases, vaccination or regular COVID-19 testing are becoming requirements to return to the office.

There is so much to think about as communicators in this dynamic environment.
