As a skilled public relations professional, you know that your success is dependent on staying relevant, resourceful and inspired. Many professionals have accreditations in their industries – engineers, financial planners, and project managers, to name a few – to help them do just that.

Public relations professionals have an accreditation, too. It’s the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR). More than a few extra letters to add after your name (though that’s pretty awesome), accreditation demonstrates your knowledge in the field and an ongoing commitment to learning.

Are you curious about the APR and what it takes to earn it?

PRSA Oregon will be hosting a free informational meeting about accreditation from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20.

PRSA Oregon APR Coaches Patti Atkins, Stacy Moe-Kean, Dave Thompson, Chuck Williams, and Mara Woloshin offer a complimentary program to prepare candidates to go through the accreditation process. Come to this informational session to learn more about about their tried-and-tested process and see if it’s the right fit for you.
